We use review information to check authenticity, deal with inappropriate submissions and publish genuine feedback when you have consented to the stated public display. Our authorised team can access enquiries through the protected management portal. We may share information relevant to fulfilling your request with a supplier when necessary to check availability or arrange a service. The website uses technical hosting and database providers to store and process submissions. We do not display your email or booking reference alongside public reviews.
Payments
This customer website currently takes enquiries, not live card payments. Any separate payment instructions will be confirmed directly by the bookings team. The website's group card-payment integration remains in test mode.
How long information is kept
